Delivery fee 5,000 IQD to all provinces. Delivery within 48 hours in Baghdad, Erbil and Basra, and 3–4 days in other provinces. Pay cash on delivery or by card online.
3-year MODEX warranty from the date of purchase, covering repair of defects in materials or manufacturing.
The customer is responsible for bringing the complete appliance, with the warranty card and purchase invoice, to the MODEX service centre. Home collection is available for a delivery fee of 10,000 IQD.
Not covered: misuse, sudden voltage changes, or repairs by anyone other than the MODEX service centre.
