What size air fryer do I need?
About 3 L for 1–2 people, 4–6.5 L for 3–5 people, and 8 L or more (or a dual basket) for families of 6 or more. Air fryer ovens of 9–12 L suit families who cook in layers or want a rotisserie.
Single basket or dual basket?
A dual basket lets you cook two foods at different temperatures and times at once, for example chicken in one basket and fries in the other. On the MODEX AF9750, SYNC makes both baskets finish together and MATCH copies the same settings to both.
What is the difference between an air fryer and an air fryer oven?
A basket air fryer is smaller and very quick for fries and chicken pieces. An air fryer oven has a glass door, racks and more space, so it can cook in layers, bake and roast. The MODEX AF1012 also has a rotisserie, and the MODEX SOV9380 adds steam cooking.
Do MODEX air fryers need oil?
Most foods cook with little or no oil, because hot air circulates around the food. A light spray of oil helps make fries and vegetables crispier.
