Steam straightener or normal straightener?
A MODEX steam straightener adds moisture while it heats, which is gentler on dry or coloured hair. A normal straightener is simpler and fine for healthy hair. For long or thick hair, the wide 40 mm plates of the MODEX HS1310 work faster.
Epilator or IPL?
An epilator removes hair from the root and lasts a few weeks. IPL reduces hair growth over time with regular sessions, so results last much longer. IPL works best on light to medium skin with darker hair; always read the manual and do a patch test first.
Are MODEX styling tools safe to leave on?
Most MODEX straighteners and stylers switch off by themselves after 60 minutes, but always unplug them after use.
