Technical Specifications

أجور التوصيل 5,000 دينار لكل المحافظات. التوصيل خلال 48 ساعة في بغداد وأربيل والبصرة، وخلال 3 إلى 4 أيام في باقي المحافظات. الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام أو بالبطاقة عبر الموقع.

ضمان مودكس لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ الشراء، يشمل تصليح الأعطال الناتجة عن خلل في المواد أو التصنيع.

يتحمّل الزبون مسؤولية إحضار الجهاز كاملاً مع كارت الضمان وفاتورة الشراء إلى مركز صيانة مودكس. وفي حال رغبة الزبون باستلام الجهاز من منزله، تُضاف أجور توصيل بقيمة 10,000 دينار عراقي.

لا يشمل الضمان: الضرر الناتج عن سوء الاستعمال، أو التغيير المفاجئ في الفولتية، أو الأجهزة التي تم تصليحها من قبل أي جهة غير مركز صيانة مودكس.
